Airbnb or any other equivalent platform/short term leases are prohibited.

The LESSEE understands that smoking any sort of substance in the premises is not permitted throughout the term of the lease. (Ex: cannabis, tobacco, shisha, electronic cigarettes or anything else related).

Upon receiving the keys, the LESSEE must provide proof of insurance and proof an account for this address with Hydro-Quebec.

Any damage caused by the LESSEE throughout the term of the lease shall be the responsibility of the LESSEE to fix or replace at his own expense.
